Phase 1: Leadership & Revenue Sharing. You will take full ownership of the HR Support Services division. In addition to a competitive package, you will receive a direct percentage of the revenue generated by your division from day one.
Phase 2: Equity & Co-Ownership* As you meet growth and service excellence milestones, you will be invited to become a formal Equity Partner and Shareholder in BlueMOON Ltd, sharing in the long-term success of the entire firm.
The Mission
As the HR Support Services Partner, you will be the architect of talent solutions for our diverse client base. Your role involves:
Division Leadership: Building and managing a team of HR specialists to provide world-class support to our clients.
Strategic HR Outsourcing: Leading recruitment, payroll administration, and organizational development projects for businesses across the region.
Compliance & Consulting: Ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve with deep knowledge of the Cameroon Labor Code and modern HR best practices.
Business Growth:Partnering with the BlueMOON executive team to expand our HR client portfolio and service offerings.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a "People Partner" with an entrepreneurial heart—someone who views HR as a vital business driver.
Strategic Expertise: Comprehensive hands-on experience in HR management, from talent acquisition to labor relations.
Regulatory Mastery: A deep understanding of Cameroonian labor laws and compliance requirements.
Systems Oriented: Experience implementing HRIS tools and structured performance management systems.
Leadership Mindset: A proven ability to mentor teams and the ambition to lead a business unit.
