The Mission
As the Accounting Support Services Partner, you will be the driving force behind our financial services wing. Your role involves:
Building the Team:Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a high-performance team of accountants.
System Implementation: Designing and overseeing robust financial systems for our clients, specializing in modern software such as *Odoo* and *Sage*.
Client Growth: Managing a diverse portfolio of business clients, providing them with the fiscal clarity and strategic insights they need to succeed.
Strategic Leadership: Working alongside the BlueMOON executive team to scale our operations across the region.
Who We Are Looking For
This role is for the "entrepreneurial accountant"—someone who is as comfortable with business development as they are with a balance sheet.
Proven Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in the Cameroonian accounting and fiscal landscape.
Software Mastery: Strong proficiency in implementing and managing accounting ERPs (Odoo, Sage, etc.).
Leadership Character: A track record of managing teams and a commitment to professional excellence.
Immediate Readiness: Ability to hit the ground running in our Buea office.
