Cameroon, is seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resource Officer to join our

Position Overview:

As the Human Resource Officer, you will manage the HR operations under the
supervision of the General Manager. You will provide strategic HR support to enhance
employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and ensure compliance with local
regulations, contributing to Obtain Cameroun’s commitment to operational
excellence and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations: Oversee recruitment, on boarding, payroll, and employee
record management to ensure seamless HR processes.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, address employee
concerns, and promote engagement initiatives aligned with Obtain
Cameroun’s values.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to Cameroon’s Labour Code, CNPS processes,
and tax regulations.

Training and Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance
employee skills and support career growth.

Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems to
drive productivity and align with company goals.

Organisational Support: Collaborate with management to develop HR policies
and support business objectives.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and
uphold ethical standards.

Documentation Management: Ensure accurate handling and
safekeeping of all HR-related documentation and records.

Internal Discipline: Enforce company policies and maintain a disciplined
and professional work environment.

Employee Follow-up: Maintain regular communication and follow-up
with both national and non-national employees to address their needs
and concerns.

 Creativity and Innovation: Apply creative approaches to HR initiatives,
problem-solving, and employee engagement to foster a dynamic and
innovative workplace.

Leadership: Act as the team leader, ensuring continuity of management
and decision-making within the HR function and broader team.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in HR management or a similar role; experience in theprinting or advertising industry is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 Strong organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.

 In-depth knowledge of Cameroon’s Labour Code, CNPS processes, and tax
system is a strong advantage.

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
