How It Works: The Investment Journey

This project is an exclusive private investment owned by BlueMOON Investment PLC (SA), a public limited company under OHADA law. Your investment helps fund these carefully selected agricultural ventures.

 

We are operating under OHADA law, which allows for capital raising through private placements for a limited number of investors without public solicitation. This specific offering is limited to 100 shares and a maximum of 1–100 private investors, ensuring compliance with all private placement regulations.

 

Our Commitment to You: We are dedicated to transparent governance and a clear path to a regulated future. By July 2028, we plan to transition this project into a COSUMAF-regulated mutual fund (FCP), complete with a COSUMAF-approved management company, custodian bank, and an independent auditor for robust oversight.

 

 Investment Highlights

Focus: Equity and debt investments in a diversified portfolio of agricultural ventures, from smallholder farmers to large-scale agro-processing units.

 

  • Target Returns: 12–30% yearly (projected, subject to market conditions), driven by the strong demand for quality produce in Cameroon's booming agricultural sector.
  • share Availability: Only 1-100 shares are available for this exclusive private offering.
  • Minimum Investment: The price per share is XAF 500,000
  • Flexible Payment: While the full share payment must be completed by July 18, 2028, you have the flexibility to begin with a minimum monthly
  •  payment of XAF 10,000. This makes the opportunity accessible for a wide range of investors.
  • Contractual Exits:We build flexibility and security into our projects through contractual exit strategies, such as buybacks or profit-sharing agreements. You can sell your shares at market price upon  a 3 months notice.
  • Governance:The project is owned by BlueMOON Investment PLC and managed by BlueMOON Ltd with OHADA-compliant oversight. An investment committee of agricultural and financial experts provides strategic direction. Performance is tracked with quarterly Net Asset Value (NAV) reporting, and funds are held in a dedicated bank account for transparency.

 How to Subscribe: Your Path to Investment

Step 1: Request a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM)
The PPM is a crucial document that provides a detailed overview of the investment, including risk factors, legal terms, and financial projections. Requesting and reviewing this document is the first step toward a well-informed investment decision.

 

Step 2: Q&A and Clarification with Our Team
After reviewing the PPM, you can schedule a meeting or call with our experts to clarify any legal or financial terms, discuss your personal investment goals, and get to know the management team.

 

Step 3: Formalizing the Commitment
Once you're ready, you'll sign a Subscription Agreement to formally purchase your shares. We will also complete standard KYC (Know Your Customer) and legal documentation as required by OHADA law.

 

Step 4: The Financial Transaction
You will be provided with specific payment instructions for a direct bank transfer to our dedicated project account. Once the first payment is confirmed, we will issue you a Share Certificate as proof of your ownership in the company.

 

Step 5: Ongoing Communication and Reporting
Your investment journey doesn't end after payment. We are committed to transparency and will provide quarterly NAV reports and invite you to exclusive events to keep you fully informed.
