For over a decade, BlueMOON Ltd, a private limited company (SARL), has empowered Cameroonian businesses through expert outsourcing and consulting. We are now launching BlueMOON Investment PLC, a public limited company (SA) under OHADA law, to own private investment projects in agriculture, real estate, and private equity. Our mission is to transition these projects into COSUMAF-regulated mutual funds (FCPs) by July 2028, delivering tailored wealth-building opportunities for Cameroon's unique market, where stock markets remain inactive.

Important Disclaimer: BlueMOON Investment PLC (SA) and BlueMOON Ltd (SARL) are not registered with COSUMAF. We are pursuing COSUMAF registration by July 2028. Investment opportunities are limited to 1–200 private investors under OHADA law, which allows public limited companies to raise capital through private placements without public solicitation, ensuring compliance with private placement regulations. BlueMOON Ltd's services are separate from BlueMOON Investment PLC's activities. Investments carry risks, and returns are not guaranteed.

Our Investment and Service Packages Starting July 18, 2025, BlueMOON Investment PLC offers exclusive private investment projects, owned by the SA and limited to 1–200 private investors, as a foundation for COSUMAF-regulated FCPs by 2028. These FCPs will feature robust governance: a COSUMAF-approved management company (BlueMOON Ltd), a custodian bank for secure asset holding, an investment committee for strategic oversight, independent fund advisers (e.g., financial and sector experts), unitholders' general meetings for investor input, an independent auditor for annual reviews, COSUMAF-approved fund regulations, regular NAV reporting for transparency, and a compliance officer to ensure regulatory adherence.

BlueMOON Ltd (SARL) complements these projects with specialized services, empowering businesses and investors to thrive in Cameroon's dynamic market while paving the way for COSUMAF compliance.
