Graduate Trainee – Systems & Business Development Support Services

BlueMOON Ltd is seeking driven graduates for our 2026 Graduate Trainee Program in Systems & Business Development (Management) Support Services. This 12-month immersive program is designed for those who want to move beyond theory and learn how to engineer efficient, scalable, and profitable businesses.

What you will learn and do:

  • Business Systems Implementation: Support the rollout of BlueSYSTEMS, ISO 9001, and operational excellence frameworks.

  • Process Optimization: Use Kaizen and Systemology principles to streamline client operations.

  • Business Diagnostics: Learn to assess organizational health and identify growth bottlenecks.

  • Digital Transformation: Assist in ERP and business software advisory (Odoo, Sage, etc.).

  • Strategy Support: Contribute to business development plans and scalability roadmaps.
