This 12-month program is designed to equip you with the practical skills needed to excel in administrative roles, providing a solid foundation for career growth in office management, operations coordination, and executive support.
What you will learn and do:

Office Management: Master filing systems, document preparation, and office organization

Communication Coordination: Handle professional correspondence, phone calls, and email management

Scheduling & Planning: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange logistics

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate databases and tracking systems

Process Support: Assist with departmental workflows and operational procedures

Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external parties
