Graduate Trainee – Administration Support Services

BlueMOON Ltd welcomes graduates to apply for our 2026 Graduate Trainee Program in Administration Support Services. This 12-month program is designed to equip you with the practical skills needed to excel in administrative roles, providing a solid foundation for career growth in office management, operations coordination, and executive support.

What you will learn and do:

  • Office Management: Master filing systems, document preparation, and office organization

  • Communication Coordination: Handle professional correspondence, phone calls, and email management

  • Scheduling & Planning: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange logistics

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate databases and tracking systems

  • Process Support: Assist with departmental workflows and operational procedures

  • Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external parties
